Inno Setup : Free setup compiler.
ISTool : tool to simplify Inno Setup script creation.
Proxy+ : HTTP and mail proxy. Great if you have several mail accounts.
AudioCrusher : my favourite CD extractor.
QCD : my favourite multimedia player.
Startup Monitor : warns you when programs try to modify startup group.
Sysinternals : lots of useful system tools.
